New Chains
We are excited to announce that we have expanded our presence in the blockchain ecosystem by joining two innovative platforms – The Libre and Metal blockchains. As a Validator on the Libre Blockchain, we contribute to a financial system emphasizing ease of use, decentralization, and adaptability. Libre provides a robust and high-performing platform that distinguishes itself from other “decentralized in name only” (DINO) systems through its global network of validators, security measures, and fair token distribution. This commitment ensures that the Libre chain remains resilient and accessible to all.
Simultaneously, we have also become a part of the Metal blockchain, a platform dedicated to driving the mass adoption of digital currencies by simplifying cryptocurrency transactions, reducing fees, and ensuring top-notch security. Metal blockchain aims to make digital currency transactions more user-friendly, enabling seamless integration into everyday life.
We invite our community to support our Validator role on both the Libre and Metal blockchains by staking with Genereos. For the Libre blockchain, please refer to our step-by-step guide. Your support is crucial for the continued growth and success of Genereos, as well as these innovative platforms.
Products
In our ongoing commitment to innovation and development within the blockchain space, we recently developed Qtest,an open-source JavaScript/TypeScript-based Antelope smart contract testing framework. Qtest is designed to address the growing need for a high-quality, easy-to-use smart contract testing framework in the Antelope ecosystem. Developed with the support of Pomelo and the EOS Network Foundation, Qtest has been crafted to streamline the project development process and attract new developers, fostering growth and opportunities within the EOS ecosystem.
Qtest’s notable features include the ability to run tests in parallel, support for snapshots on EOS/WAX/TLOS, compatibility with ARM/AMD architectures, and advanced data manipulation capabilities. We are dedicated to maintaining the open-source code base, ensuring that it remains current and competitive in the eve-evolving blockchain landscape.
At GenerEOS, we understand the importance of continuous development and growth. With this in mind, we are actively exploring new product opportunities in consultation with community stakeholders to identify and address emerging needs and challenges. By fostering a collaborative approach, we aim to drive progress and create solutions that benefit the entire ecosystem.
Infrastructure
When it comes to blockchain infrastructure, GenerEOS is not content with simply offering fast and stable services. The company consistently seeks out new ways to improve its offerings and stay ahead of the curve. For instance, by utilizing Hyperion with full history from the Telos blockchain, GenerEOS has been able to provide users with a more comprehensive and reliable view of the blockchain’s activity. Additionally, the team has been involved in testing the latest beta version of Telos EVM RPC, which will hopefully be finalized and released soon. With these efforts, GenerEOS is setting the standard for what blockchain infrastructure should be – reliable, innovative, and always looking to the future.
In addition to these efforts, GenerEOS also recently started contributing data to EOS Nation’s transaction trace tracking tool, Spyglass. Along with other Block Producers, GenerEOS helps users of Antelope blockchains understand the whereabouts of their transactions, providing transparency and accountability. This is achieved by collecting data from different nodes and Block Producers, providing valuable insights into the flow of transactions. These efforts are a testament to GenerEOS’s commitment to providing reliable infrastructure and contributing to the overall growth of the blockchain ecosystem.
Team Extension – George & Zlaya
GenerEOS has added two talented individuals to its already impressive team – let’s give a warm welcome to Guga Kupradze (George) and Zlatomir Darabuc (Zlaya)! George has a wealth of experience in data analysis, computer engineering, operations, and marketing, making him the perfect fit for his new role as our community engagement specialist. Not only does George create engaging content for our social media platforms, but he also keeps the ship sailing smoothly by overseeing various operational tasks. Did we mention that he’s also a master chef? Yes, George’s culinary skills are almost as impressive as his technical expertise!
But wait, there’s more! We are excited to welcome Zlaya, our new full-stack developer. With a master’s degree in Engineering, Zlaya is a full-stack mobile web developer who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He is not only passionate about new technologies and the web3 space, but he’s also an avid gamer. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, taking his motorbike out for a spin, and exploring the great outdoors. We’re thrilled to have him onboard and can’t wait to see how his expertise will contribute to our ongoing efforts to advance the blockchain space.
